Aeron Foods – the History

In the early days when we started Aeron Fine Foods and Hampers, we had a simple vision - to provide the highest quality Welsh Foods that we could find and, if we couldn’t find them, to make them ourselves.

Since then lots has changed, Aeron Foods and its products have: -

• Appeared numerous times on Television (watch out for us in June 2010) including Channel 4’s My Dream Farm.

• True Taste of Wales Food and Drink Award, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009!

• Guild of Fine Foods - Great Taste Award, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009! – Check out our Strawberry Jam which won an incredible 2 stars!

• True Taste Speciality Reserve Winner

• Supplied Highgrove House – home of The Prince of Wales

• Won regular customers around the world

• Appeared in The Independent’s “Ten Best Chutneys”, just behind Fortnum and Masons Fig Chutney.

• Recently been described as “One of Wales’ Best Kept Secrets” – wonder why, try our sensational Fig Chutney and you’ll see!

However, one thing hasn’t changed, Aeron Foods continues to hold true to it’s principles of only ever supplying the Finest Welsh Foods available, individually or in hand prepared hampers, and our tasters still have the final say on whether the foods supplied pass their own stringent quality and taste standards.
